Shula’s Steak House will continue to stake its place at the Hilton Naples. Cooper Hotels, a family-owned hotel company and owner-operator of the Hilton Naples, announced Wednesday that a long-term agreement has been reached with Shula’s Steak House LLLP corporate executives Dave and Don Shula.
How accurate are Collier County’s property appraisals? According to private appraiser Don Ward, it depends on where you live. “Collier County has done a really good job adjusting assessments to reflect the change in property values,” says Ward, owner of Naples Appraisers, Inc. “But somehow they missed most of Golden Gate Estates. Most of those homes are grossly over-assessed and over-taxed.”
Labeling a decade is an attempt to capture its essence. Think about past decades.
