Naples-based Stock Development has released its 2009 sales report showing 279 new home sales at its communities of Lely Resort, Paseo and Vivante.

Stock Construction has begun construction of a new building that will consist of flats and town homes in the Olé neighborhood at Lely Resort.

New floor plans unveiled Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division has introduced eight floor plans and has started construction on three model homes at Bella Terra, a master-planned resort-style community off Corkscrew Road, east of Interstate 75 in Estero. The new floor plans range from 1,483 to 3,800 square feet of living space. The three model homes scheduled to open in mid-February are priced from the mid-$100,000s and include many pre-construction incentives, according to Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar in the Fort Myers/Naples area. The Joyces, a husband and wife team, will work out of the company’s Marco Island office. The Joyces are originally from East Islip, N.Y.
