Manpower report: Local employment opportunities have a positive outlook

From October to December, 17 percent of the companies interviewed plan to hire more employees, while 10 percent expect to cut their payrolls, according to a Manpower Employment Outlook Survey released Tuesday. That results in a positive employment outlook of 7 percent.
